Since being a teenager I have always been interested in mental health.
After starting my career as an Early Years Teacher in the UK and supporting  several children in my classes with Autism, ADHD and other mental health disorders, I decided to further my career in psychology to become a counsellor.

My passion lies in working with children and teens that have challenges and helping them find a way forward. Recently I have become interested in childhood trauma and how it can affect the individual as an adult. 

I  enjoy working with families and couples who are experiencing difficulties and challenges in their life. My approach is to build a collaborative relationship with my clients and help them find a way forward by working through their problems and seeing things differently.

I use an array of approaches but more specifically focus on, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

  • I have been supporting individuals with ASD and ADHD for over 16 years.
  • I have attended numerous workshops and seminars on Behaviour Intervention, Autism, ADHD, Play Therapy, Trauma, OCD, ODD, Anxiety and Depression.
