Groups and programs for Parents
Friday Night Date Night
Parents, why not drop your kids off to us on Friday nights and enjoy some time to yourselves?
We will take care of your kids aged 6-10 on Friday evenings from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Your children will enjoy crafts, games and have fun at your center while you recharge your batteries. Fees are $30 per child or $45 per family of 2 kids Infant/ Toddler group
Our infant/ toddler group is a program made for parents and their children aged 3-6 who already have early learning skills and need some more support in school-readiness skills.
The program will be run in a play-based, classroom-like setting. When the group meets, children will engage in a group activity, free play, snack, and movement. Every week there will be a new school-based skill that will be worked on to prepare them for the transitions between activities and school spaces within school routines. There will be two Behavioural Interventionists in a group of 6 kids. Fees are $20. Parents are asked to stay with their children for the entire session. |
Builders Group
This group will be for children between the ages of 6 and 9.
Kids are encouraged to use their imagination and building skills to work together in groups to build amazing structures. This group encourages social interaction, conversation and planning skills as well as fine motor and gross motor skills. We will run this group with 6-9 kids. The fee is $45 per session. Sessions will run from 10:00am-12:00pm on Saturday mornings. Dates to follow. Girls Friendship Groups
We will run 2 groups: One for ages 6-10 and another for ages 11-14.
Girls are invited to come and enjoy crafts, games, fun art activities in a social and inviting environment. These sessions will be from 10:00am-12:00pm bi-weekly. Sessions will start in October 2024. We will take 6-9 girls in each group. The fee is $45 per session.
